This year sees the launch of the Foundation, currently in the process of gaining charitable status.

The Foundation formalises the important work we do widening access to arts and sciences, fostering grass-roots performers and bringing high quality information to a Warwickshire stage through:

• A varied programme of events live and online, delivered year round.
• Grassroots and early-career development, under our Future Music programme.
• Training for women looking to pursue a career in live events, under our Women in Sound programme.
• Collaborative projects for the public to come and create together, under our Co-Create programme, offering hands-on experience and practical skills.
• A community build programme developed over the last decade which runs March - July and offers entry level participation in the team who build the festival, open to all.
• Workshops and classes, enabling greater access to the arts and further education.
• Community outreach - extending the programme into schools, colleges, libraries and community centres.
• Inclusive access - including free carer tickets, audio transcription and sign-language interpretation.

However we can’t do this alone and we’re looking for Founder Patrons to support us in achieving these aims in 2026 and beyond. 

In return, the Foundation would like to thank our Patrons with:

• Inclusion in the creative process to deliver the flagship ALSO Festival.
• Your name on the Founder Patron page on the website, in the press release circulated on launch, and on the main screen digital backdrop in festival.
• Your name on our Patrons Board: on display at the festival, on the Festival website and on the festival programme.
• A package of free weekend and day tickets for ALSO26.
• A bespoke discount code to share with your family, friends and network.
• An exclusive in-festival VIP package, including Green Room access (before event for event sponsorship, across the festival for title sponsorship).
• Invitation to the exclusive Patrons’ drinks reception held Saturday evening in-festival.
• Title sponsorship of an individual event, speaker or artist, including the option to introduce the event, or to have a message read by the speaker.
• An invitation to advise on programming future editions of ALSO Festival.

Patron packages range from £1,000 - £25,000. 

Tax and charitable donations

Higher rate tax payers can claim tax relief on charity donations. For this reason we’re currently looking for patrons to pledge donations until our charitable status is finalised. This gives us confidence to plan projects for 2026 whilst assuring you that tax relief will be available.
